I-CLSC piloting: post-implementation remote support

Online support for community pilots using the I-CLSC system enables them to fully utilize the I-CLSC technological environment via the Internet.

Support can be provided by remote computer access or by telephone.

Prerequisite: the user must have previously completed the 4-day training on I-CLSC system management.

In addition, online advice and coaching is available on request.

Target audience :

  • I-CLSC superusers and pilots
