Telehealth: Support for development and implementation

Telehealth enables the use of new information technologies to exchange medical data and establish remote health services.

Several elements must be considered when implementing a telehealth service. The process is divided into five distinct stages:

1.       Start-up;

2.       Planning;

3.       Execution: pre-implantation, implementation, monitoring and control;

4.       Evaluation of experience to date;

5.       Sustainability.

Support is provided as needed for one or more activities related to various stages of the process.

 

No prerequisite is required.
