Health infostructure is perceived as an appropriate tool to improve the safety, quality, effectiveness, relevance and productivity of public health and health care services and access to these services.
It aims to better define, collect, communicate, manage, disseminate and use data to improve the accessibility, quality and productivity of services provided to First Nations.
The Matrix, a reference tool for implementing infostructure projects, describes the five categories of actors to solicit throughout the project divided into four progressive levels, up to completion.
