CHARLIE MODULE 4 - Safety, at the heart of the intervener’s professional practice

The principle of the primacy of the intervener’s safety is the central focus of this training.

Using situational role-plays and clinical vignettes, participants identify the risk factors and protective factors in different work situations that may have an impact on their safety.

They develop preventive and proactive strategies and establish communication mechanisms enabling them to ensure their safety.


They explore the importance of post-intervention evaluations and the support of their colleagues, manager and clinical supervisor when the situation requires.
