Through the lens of the ecosystem approach, participants understand the impact of professional relations on the quality of services offered to families.
They have the opportunity to reflect on the meaning of their mandate and their role as well as that of the interveners with whom they are asked to work. Participants develop skills that enable them to build constructive and respectful collaborations with interveners from diverse backgrounds and evolving in different professional environments.
