Getting familiar with the First Nations in Quebec and Labrador’s Research Protocol

This workshop is intended for anyone who would like to learn more on research in a First Nations context. It also targets managers and interveners of all fields who work within First Nations communities and organizations, and is open to the general public and any other organization or academic institution in Quebec.


The workshop is part theory, part practical training and will provide an overview of research on First Nations territory and with First Nations populations. It will also go over OCAP® principles regarding data ownership, control, access, and possession.
