Kirano (program to encourage the adoption of healthy lifestyles)

Kirano is a 26-week program which is designed to promote the adoption of a healthy lifestyle through a balanced diet and an active lifestyle.

The theoretical content, followed by a practical component, enable them to launch the program with a group of 12 people who are motivated to improve their health.
