Presentation of guidelines for establishing a special system of youth protection

During this workshop, the history of section 37.5 of the Youth Protection Act is reviewed, before presenting the provisions of the Act and the parameters that flow from the general youth protection system as well as from special youth protection systems. The steps for developing an agreement under section 37.5, and the advantages, issues and challenges of such an agreement are analyzed. Tools and examples of documents (draft agreements, regulations) are also presented.
