This training is delivered by accredited trainers to personnel of health and social services facilities of non-agreement First Nations communities.
It can be adapted by the program agent to the needs of communities wishing to train their interveners.
The OEMC is primarily a comprehensive assessment tool for evaluating the status of persons with reduced autonomy. It determines the care and services that respond to the client’s needs. It consists of six forms, including an overall intervention plan involving various actors mobilized to provide services to the user.
